Our team has offered a wide range of manufacturing processes aligned with the unique needs of the medical industry for several decades. Laminating is used to combine multiple materials, often including foams or fabrics, for several types of medical products.
Janco has the capabilities to manufacture laminations up to 62 inches wide, with multiple substrates, offering you a high level of customization on each job.
Our goal is to add value to your product, so we start by getting to know your project needs to help you make the right decisions when it comes to materials and customization.
We work with you to detail everything from thickness to color selection.
Our team acquires the material that you need in roll form, and we then fuse them together to reach your needed width and thickness. To do this, we utilize one of two cutting-edge machines, either a flame laminator or a pressure laminator that uses high-quality adhesives.
Once the laminating process is complete, we proceed with the necessary final steps – from compression molding to die cutting – in one of our class 7 and 8 cleanrooms.
